  • Step 1: Contact Me

    Fill out the contact form here on my website. That will get you in contact with me so we can start the process! I will send a contract and invoice, and once you pay the deposit, you will officially be in my calendar!

    Step 2: Pick Your Moment

    Your wedding will be a whirlwind of beautiful moments. This is where you decide which moment you want to immortalize in a timeless painting. If you can’t decide right away, that’s OK! We will chat about 1-2 months before the wedding to finalize details, any specifications for the painting, and decide on your moment. It can be a classic ceremony portrait for that “I do” moment, or one of many firsts–first look, first kiss, first dance. Whichever you choose, it's going to be perfect for YOU.

    Step 3: Wedding Day

    I will arrive at your venue 1-3 hours early (depending on size of painting, and whether I am painting the ceremony or reception). I will begin painting the background so that I can start painting your moment once it happens. I will take reference photos to use for the painting. Then you and your guests can enjoy watching the painting come alive! I love chatting with guests about the painting and I also love an audience!

    Step 4: Studio Time

    While I will finish the majority of your painting at the wedding, I will take the piece back to my studio to add details, make adjustments, and prepare it for hanging. I will also varnish the painting to protect and enhance the finished product so it can hang in your home for generations.

    Step 5: Receive Your Masterpiece Moment

    We will discuss delivery method (shipping or pickup) during our consultation. Once the painting is finished, I will send you a picture of the final product and either package it up and ship it to you, or arrange for local pickup. Then your magic moment can hang in your home to make you smile each time you look at it.

    Step 2: Consultation

    We will chat about 1-2 months before the wedding to finalize details and any specifications for the painting. Tell me anything that you think will help me make your bouquet painting perfect for YOU.

    Step 3: Wedding Day

    I will set up in your reception space and take a couple reference photos of your bouquet. I will then begin painting the flowers you chose for your special day! I love chatting with guests about the painting and I also love an audience!

    Step 2: Wedding Day

    I draw and paint your guests during your cocktail hour/reception while guests witness this unique live experience. Don’t worry, they don’t have to stand still as I paint them! I take pictures to use as references so guests are free to come and go as they please. I do love chatting and getting to know your guests as I paint them! As illustrations are finished, guests are welcome to pick them up and take them home as the perfect wedding party favor.

    Step 3:

    If you have a larger crowd at your wedding, and I am unable to complete all the portraits at the reception, I will finish them in my studio and they can be mailed back to you to include in your thank you cards, or I can mail them for you for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! Depending on the location of your wedding, there may be additional fees for travel. Let’s discuss and see how we can make it work.

  • No worries! I’d love to paint a special moment or your bouquet from your wedding photos. Fill out my contact form to book a commission.

  • Yes! I’d love to live paint at your corporate event, holiday party, or special celebration. I also love painting at charity events for reduced pricing. The paintings make a perfect auction item.
